An HVAC business needs more than technical Expertise
Along with my Red Seal Refrigeration License, and Gas Fitter's License, and decades of HVAC installation and repair experience in the field, much more is needed to maintain a business that is professional, reliable, and sustainable.
Collie HVAC will only have staff who are professional and actually care about the quality of their work performed. If a serviceman or installer cares about his or her work, he or she will be more likely to go that extra mile to ensure a job is close to perfect. My basic rule is that if a company manager takes care of the employees by helping them with advanced training, company benefits, flexibility for time off, and treats everyone like a big family, then everyone wants to contribute all they can to ensure the best possible service from Collie HVAC.
